## Talent pool

Don’t see a position that fits? Send your profile anyway. It goes into our talent pool, the first place we look when a position opens. Pick your area and the application form comes with it already selected.

## Trainee program

A way in for people starting out in engineering or design. Trainees learn on a real project, supported by someone from the team, and can go on to join the Tog team.

- Product designer — Designs flows, screens and prototypes for digital products, from discovery to delivery alongside engineering. — Remote or hybrid
- UX researcher or service designer — Runs interviews, tests, journey maps and service blueprints that guide product decisions. — Remote or hybrid

- Real projects from the start — New people work on client products and on Tog’s own, with deliverables that go to production.

- Someone reviewing with you — All work goes through someone at Tog Lab before it moves on. Reviews are in writing, so you can learn from them.
- People from other countries — Workshops in Lisbon, mentoring in Turin and colleagues across several time zones. Exchange is part of Tog’s purpose.

- Application — You send the form with the trainee program selected.
- Conversation — A conversation to understand what you have done so far and what you want to learn.
- Hands-on challenge — A short challenge, similar to everyday work.
- Supported project — You join a project with someone from the team supporting you closely.
