# Tog comes from together

Along the way, we develop people. Tog Lab was founded in 2016 in Dois Vizinhos, in southwestern Paraná, Brazil, and today works with clients in 14 countries.

Mission: to design products and services that evolve continuously and grow sustainably, bringing together people, design, technology and business.

## From São Francisco to San Francisco

Tog’s story starts in São Francisco, a village in rural Chopinzinho, Paraná, Brazil. From there, the team went on to work connected with clients and partners in San Francisco, Lisbon, Dubai and other places around the world.

Part of our purpose is giving the people who work here experiences with people from other countries: workshops in Lisbon, mentoring in Turin, engineers embedded in client teams in the US and Europe, and daily calls with colleagues across time zones. Cultural exchange is what develops people and professionals the most.
