Food industry — Service design — Nato Bom, selling direct without leaving distribution behind — A dairy company that sold only through supermarkets designed a direct-to-consumer channel with delivery, while keeping its sales reps and distributors. — The direct channel tested a new product line, reached up to 4 cities and improved margins.
